If we eavesdropped on the running commentary in other’s minds we would be surprised at how cruel we are to ourselves. Those skilled in self-compassion have less anxiety and depression, increased psychological strength and are better able to handle life challenges with more ease and confidence. In this workshop we will learn mindfulness techniques to reframe self-defeating thoughts and actions into more positive life-affirming thoughts and actions. Register Here
